Requirements
- Licensed Day of Coordinator (provided by the venue)
- Event insurance with our favorite provider, https://www.theeventhelper.com#ec94if
- The COI for your insured caterer or licensed restaurant
- Licensed and insured bartender(s) with a Special One-Time Permit, issued by the NC ABC Commission.
- $1,000 security damage deposit in case of damage

– Bridal suite, outdoor space for ceremony, and reception in high-peak tent (4 hours total)
– Tables and chairs for up to 20 guests.
Ceremony Elopement: $500

Includes:
– 30 min outdoor ceremony and 1 hr photos around the property with your photographer
– Ceremony chairs for up to 20 guests
